Before that confirmation email hits your mail, you can't expect any update in "My Products" or in the iLoK Licence Manager. When the order is confirmed they DO send a confirmation email. She provided me with a temporal license for using ProTools until my order is ready, and also the link to the download center, and she told me that, if I don't have my order by tomorrow night, I might contact her again, because she will be on the chat. She clarified that it's normal that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the confirmation email for your purchase, because the team reviews thoroughly the software acquisitions. She checked the claim I had opened, and explained me that my order was under review. I got to talk to customer service in AVID (live chat), and a really nice agent helped me out with my doubts and issues.
